Persepolis reaction
Well I am done with the assigned reading of Persepolis for the class. So far I think the book has been pretty good. It is nice to see what it is like in a different culture especially when they are a topic that comes up in the news frequently. I think the book being in graphic novel format definitely made the book more interesting and easier to read. If it was just a regular novel I think I would of gotten bored of it really fast. Also since we don't know the culture very well it would be hard to picture the book in our minds and I feel like the pictures in the book help me with that. All in all, its a good book and i'm hoping that in this last week of senior year I have enough motivation to finish the book on my own.

I agree, it was a good book. I think it was a good change of pace to read a graphic novel because most people don'read them very often and I think that it was a good thing to do. I agree that the pictures helped a lot to illustrate many of the things that we have not seen before and I hope to finish the book as well.
